2.Well versed with different searches and used Job Portal and social media for sourcing.
3.Develop pro-active recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet ongoing hiring needs.
4.Build and maintain a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available.
5.Understand and be able to utilize various forms of social media and internet resume mining.
6.Manage and continuously improve the hiring as per the client requirement , attending meetings & calls for understanding the JD.

Essential Job Skills
1. Certification(s) on Dell Boomi platform
2. Knowledge of Dell Boomi Platform Architectures, for On-Premise, Cloud and Hybrid Architectures.
3. Knowledge of API and SOA Design patterns for building Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms.
4. Dell Boomi AtomSphere understanding. Atom, Molecule, Atmosphere Configuration and Management, Platform Monitoring, Performance Optimization Suggestions, Platform Extension, User Permissions Control Skills.

Skills and Requirements
1. 5+ years Cloud SaaS based Integration Tool experience (MuleSoft/Dell Boomi).
2. Familiar with Salesforce.com CRM, ERP and other corporate system integrations.
3. Experience in a large, enterprise scale, parallel development project.
4. Experience in designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.
5. Self-motivated and has a passion for excellence.

7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.

Role Requirements:
1.MicroStrategy expert; extensive experience with developing both the back end semantic layer and dashboards o Client is in the process of upgrading to MSTR 2020. There are some limitations and complexities with how the current Semantic Layer is built so they are also looking for a resource that can assist with assessing/implementing improvements to the current Semantic Layer inclusive of identifying logic that should be removed from the Semantic Layer and implemented in the data mart (e.g. logical tables, derived metrics, etc.).
As part of the redesign effort, they are looking to ensure that the resource does so strategically (e.g. not dashboard specific, reusable, scalable, easy to maintain, documented, etc.).
MicroStrategy schema definition, design, implementation and maintenance.
2.Performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting of both new BI solutions.
3.Analysis and interpretation of business requirements and translation into functional and technical requirement specifications.
4.Assistance with project planning, estimating, approach definition and implementation planning.
5.Support, design, build and test MicroStrategy objects, projects, reports, dashboards, cubes.
6.Evaluate current and emerging BI industry trends and best practices when designing BI solutions.
